1.
Meeting more of my adopted kids' biological family members, particulary their Auntie
whom I now count as a friend.
2.
Performing a piece I wrote (about rape survival and white privilege/racism)
with the Meta Theatre company two times and now preparing for other shows with
them in 2014.
3.
Starting the blog!
4.
Building an addition on the house. We love it and it’s made our lives
better in so many ways.
5.
And of course losing my Grandmother Babci was the saddest
and most influential thing that happened in 2013. Having the opportunity to
spend so much time with her before she passed (including spending her last night by her bedside) is something I will be forever grateful for.
